Love that middle picture...any idea what the spider's called? The bottom bug is awfully close in appearance to the unloved cockroach, in spite of the elegance of the picture.
It doesn't seem to have an elegant "common" name: it's a "Zosis Geniculatus" and that stretched out pose is entirely typical. It's trying to look like an old cobweb knot.
And I'm sure you're right about the roach: there's a lot of varieties of that particular blight....
