Garlic, mmmm.....

You Are Italian Food

Comforting yet overwhelming. People love you, but sometimes you're just too much.


I miss canoli. But macadamias make good pesto and fresh thai basil rocks (it also freezes just fine, and crushing frozen basil is much easier than chopping fresh)!

:D Garlic/Italian food is a fantastic result!

Is there any better smell than garlic heating in a pan with a little butter/oil? I think not!

No complaints.

Though, if you force my hand, the smell of chocolate baking would rank a bit higher for me....

I had a recipe once for garlic brownies, but never had the courage to try them....

I went into my archives (ok, it's just an old recipe directory on my hard drive, but the file was .txt!) and found... oops. Or not: Garlic Chocolate Chip Cookies. Maple syrup, and lots of butter.... I'm still not sure I want to make a whole batch myself, but I'd sure like to try one sometime.
